I’ve noticed that my work-related thoughts often bleed into (often) everyday conversations, even when they don’t need to.
Lately, I’ve been trying to shift my mindset—learning to keep certain opinions to myself rather than feeling compelled to voice them. The goal is to protect myself from unnecessary blowback and avoid saying something that might be better left unsaid.
