What’s the best short book (250pages and less) that you can suggest me ?
I have difficulty staying focus and I'm looking for a good book ( I like thriller, comedy, horror but i'm really open) that's not too long. Thanks a lot !
We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson is very short! It’s a creepy story about two hermetic sisters who live in their childhood home after something happened to their parents.

True Grit by Charles Portis – super fun, easy to read and it’s a great adventure story

It really depends on what you like, but “The Hitchhicker’s Guide to the Galaxy” by Douglas Adams is great. It is funny, quite short, and easy to read. It also has a great audio book.

All Systems Red-Martha Wells
It’s a sci-fi story, but it has some dry comedy in it. Most of the series are under 200 pages, except for 2 full length novels.
Hands down one of my favourite books

Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck.

A Taste of Oz by Robin Blasberg is a very short horror parody of the Wizard of Oz.
It’s quirky and good for some laughs.
