I just really like the storyline of person moving to a new small town and spooky stuff starts happening.
Meeting a cute ghost boy in the woods and finding out how he died and that it's a kind of a well kept secret lots of powerful people in the town are in on would be interesting
Preferably a story geared towards more mature audiences but some YA novels are okay
I loved the story but I just wish there was a bit more out of it, some new mysteries to solve or something that spends more time world building
