I’ve been in such a funk this year because I swear I can’t find any good books. Esp ones in my favorite genres/tropes. I’ll name some now, monarchal, political, period piece, slow burn, enemies to lovers, tension heavy, supernatural, horror, vampires, etc etc. It can be character (characters are very important to me) or plot focused as long as there’s some romance.
I recently read “Sorcery and Small Magics” and although I didn’t give it an amazing rating (2.5) it definitely scratched the tiny bit of fantasy itch, and It reopened my cold book Critic heart to try and find some more good ones. I’m open to ya recommendations but I mainly want adult.

• I’m gonna put a marvelous light, I liked all the genres and themes in the book but I gave it a bad rating because the last 1/3 is absolute trash. But I would enjoy a book similar to it lol
