i need a book that speaks about the cultural differences between first gen immigrant parents and their second gen children.

for context, i am a british born indian woman and my parents spent half their lives in india. we have plenty of cultural differences so i'm going thru a bit of an identity crisis in my 20s rn bc i dont know whether to identify with this westernised culture or my culture. i love both very much but im struggling to find a balance.
any recommendations? the more specific to my situation the better (although i understand this may be a stretch)
