Folks, I regret to say I have had only one 5-star read this year which was Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? by Edward Albee.
The dry and ridiculous humour was right up my alley. Matched with the darkness of the topics, it was quite literally a perfect read for me.
But now I’m struggling to find anything that hits the same and I need some help. It doesn’t have to be a stage play, just anything that channels a shred of Albee’s wit and precision.
