I haven't been a regular reader in 10 years and I want to fix that. The problem is I don't know where to start. I like books that are as well written as Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita and have a plot that's as interesting as J.G. Ballard's Crash. But I'm not necessarily looking for provocative stories. I can't be any more specific than that. Thanks if you can help.
