    1. Theres this thing called Dialectical Behavior Therapy that some therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists do during sessions. But if at the moment, therapy is inaccessible there is a DBT Skills Workbook and i just started with that and it has helped a lot albeit a bit difficult because there is a lot to unlearn (like maladaptive coping skills). What i love about this is its like doing homework and its written by a psychiatrist who was also diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder 🙂 hope this helps
