Looking for a book that gives foggy rainy autumn night vibes

I'm looking for a book that gives foggy, rainy autumn night vibes. Not in a 'cinnamon spice, pumpkin cozy tea' way – But in a "in my restless dreams I see that town" eerie way.

I'm pretty much open to all genres, except a 100% romance book. Partial romance is okay but there should be other stuff aswell.
