This is how you lose the time war by Gladstone and El-Mohtar

The Lady’s Guide to Celestial Mechanics, it’s a trilogy but I’ve only read the first one so far and found it cute and it a modest amount of smut.
Flirting Lessons is fun and a little sexy but you really have to like contemporary romance to get into it imo.
Lucky Red is a fun sapphic Western.
Now if you want more fantasy/lesbians, I HIGHLY recommend The Magic of The Lost trilogy, it’s written by a gay author and the enemies to lovers romance subplot is to die for and will make your toes curl. But it is a fantasy trilogy first and foremost.

Anything from Lee Winter. She writes slow burns that end up really spicy.
As a personal favorite, I recommend Breaking Chracter or Vengeance Planning for Amateurs.
Disclaimer: if you opt for The Fixer, don’t expect anything spicy until the second book. That one is the slow burn to end all slow burns.

Fingersmith is one I just finished and really loved. Very slow burn though
