    I honestly didn’t expect to like this book as much as I did. It’s all about the sneaky mental traps we fall into – like thinking we’re not good enough, assuming people are judging us, or believing we have to be “ready” before we start something. The author explains why our brains do this and gives simple, practical ways to break out of those patterns.

    Some of it hit uncomfortably close to home (in a good way), and I’ve already caught myself using a few of the tips.

    Anyone know other books like this that mix psychology with real, everyday advice you can actually use?
