Seriously, my dopamine is frazzled. I’ve never read a book in my life. I spend so much time on my phone, i don’t really like fiction, more self improvement stuff.
Try out Lives of the Stoics by Ryan Holiday. I think it’s exactly what you’re looking for.

Well. Since you’re mentioning phone addiction you might like The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. I don’t agree 100% with what he concludes but the book itself is very convicting of how much phones and social media are affecting us.
