Hey guys! So my aunt is trying to get a book published and she needs comp titles. However, they need to be written in the last five years. I'm a large sci-fi dystopian reader, so I don't read a lot of the genre her book is in, and she has comp titles in mind, but they're not from the last 5 years. I'm just looking for book recommendations for her that could somewhat fit into this category:
- Somewhat of a historical romance (though in her book there are hints of advanced technology)
- If possible set in a kingdom?
- A Jane Austin-y type of book, but with thrills and adventure mixed in (such as kidnapping a princess)
- No magic/fantasy creatures – Her book has more realism in it
- Written in the last 5 years
- None to little sex
