To be clear, I am not looking for suggestions that satisfy all those genres mentioned in the title – you may suggest me books that satisfy any of those genres as you see fit.
To give you a better idea, imagine if the following movies were books:
Mission Impossible movies, Atomic Blonde, John Wick (if the movies explored the lore of the universe and the title character it is set around a lot more), Heat (1995), Inception, Tenet, Predestination, Looper, The Usual Suspects, Minority Report, Shutter Island, Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049, The Fugitive, Blackhat, etc.
That's the type and quality of storytelling and quality I am looking for (I am not trying to be pretentious, I'm only explaining what I am looking for). Similar to the likes of the Charles Jenkins series by Robert Dugoni but not like James Bond movies either since the characters and the story/lore of the universe never ends. Stand alone books or trilogy at most is preferable. What I mean is, I want the stories and the character to end in a few books and not continue for 10+ books. To me, it loses the charm and the importance of the storytelling and the characters if there's no end to it.
I'm really looking for fascinating stores that keeps you interested and on the edge as Project Hail Mary did. Something "next level".
Hope all of the aforementioned made sense. It's ineffable to describe what you want to read sometimes so I can only give examples of stuff that I like. I want to be entertained as I was when I see those movies and experience the joy of storytelling that stems from the same.
Thank you!

Michael Crichtons stuff.
Anything by James Ellroy
Dennis Lehane
George V Higgins
Takeshi Kovacs series by Richard Morgan
Water City trilogy by Chris McKinney
Both series feature antiheroic protagonists and mix sci fi with hardboiled detective elements.
Blade runner is a book, one of my favorites Do androids dream of electric sheep by Philip Dick
So is minority report, a short story also by Philip Dick
I think blade runner 2049 is based on a mix of books by Philip Dick, for example the hints to the twin theme (Philip Dick had a twin sister who died as an infant and it’s a recurring theme) like in Flow my tears, the policeman said
Lawrence Block’s Matthew Scudder series for some hard-boiled neo noir.
