I would like to know more about the health benefits and implications, the preparation and modes of fasting IN A SAFE WAY, and also would love to know a bit about the spiritual part of it!
I'm a complete novice, but liquid fasting for 3 days helped me heal a really painful flare of a chronic deasease I'm having, and it also made me feel very energetic and mentally sharp.
So I would absolutely love to know more, would love some kind of introduction but really every suggestion will be appreciated!
