I want to get rid of my addiction to social media, junk food, and cannabis. I have read Atomic Habits which I liked but would be interested to read a book more focus on dopamine addication and how to get a more balanced life.
I discovered this book "Dopamine Nation" but the comments on Goodreads did not convince me to buy it!
Do you have any suggestions for similar books in mind?

Friend of mine is reading ‘The Molecule of More’ and liking it a lot. I think its more scientific explanation than specific self help tips. He’s finding it quite insightful.
