Ever since I read 1984 a few years ago, I have always yearned to find another book where I felt what the characters felt, that all-encompassing feeling of opression and surveillance. I am looking for dystopian book recommendations. I have read Brave New World (Huxley), F 451 (Bradbury), The Unit (Holmqvist), Never Let Me Go (Ishiguro), The Memory Police (Ogowa). Nothing compares to the feeling of 1984. An suggestion would be much appreciated!
