hi all! i work at a college prep org with seniors (some of whom read below grade level). i think it’s really important that our students are aware of and involved in advocacy + social justice movements, and would love to read a book w/ them to facilitate some reflection and conversations. looking for a book that is relatively short (<200 pages), culturally relevant to Black students, and easy to read without complex theory, etc. open to all genres.
