Looking for Eerie Atmospheric reads

Hey everyone! I’m looking for eerie books. You know they lend themselves to a certain amount of dread maybe something isn’t quite right. There are possibly (or definitely) supernatural forces at work. I’m not opposed to eldritch creatures, swamp monsters, strange old people who live on the edge of town, or cities where the rules of physics are slightly askew. Could be near future/distant past/parallel plans of existence
