I recently realized I don’t have enough trust in myself, which makes it hard to trust others. That’s partly why my 6-year relationship ended (along with some trust issues he caused, even if not intentionally).
Now that I’m going through this breakup, I really want to take the time to build myself back up mentally.
Does anyone have good book or audiobook recommendations on building self-trust and trust with others? I also deal with anxiety, panic, and depression, so anything helpful for those would be appreciated too.
