I was looking for something in the vein of Borges’ short stories, Italo Calvino’s novels and novellas ( specifically Invisible Cities and The Baron in the Trees), and some of Umberto Eco’s novels. I have the craving for something in that vein. It can contain mythical and surreal elements.
