I’m searching for books that explore the human condition (can be fiction and non fiction) about intellectual and emotional arousal and the desire for another person. I really want something where I can feel yearning and lust and hunger, not necessarily in a sexual way either.
I’ve been recommended Letters to Milena by Franz Kafka and The Bell Jar but preferably something more modern. If anyone has any recs pls!
