I haven’t read for a long time, been in a bit of a book slump. Could I please have recommendations for romance books, I’m going on holiday soon and want to get back to reading 📚🫶🏼 TIA

Try “The Paradise Problem” by Christina Lauren. The setting is a tropical vacation, it’s predictable the way most rom-coms are but the setting and the “uppity rich people get what’s coming to them” is fun.

Most Abby Jimenez are good, especially the “Part of Your World” trilogy.

Cat Sebastian if you like historical queer romance.

Emily Henry is always a good starting point.

    2. What kind of romance books – historical? Contemporary? Funny or serious? Any particular pairings you’re especially interested in? What sort of settings (countries, cultural, city/small town etc.)?

If you can give some examples of books you’ve liked in the past, that would be helpful too 🙂

Anything by Emily Henry! She is SO good at writing chemistry between the characters! I especially loved Beach Read and the People you Meet on Vacation
