My favorites are The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, Kafka On The Shore, and Hard-Boiled Wonderland

“Kafka on the shore” was the first book I read by him
And still remains my favorite. “Hardboiled wonderland and the end of the world” is fantastic too

I really enjoy his non-fiction as well, Underground is a good read, as well as, Absolutely on Music and Novelist as a Vocation.

As other have mentioned, Kafka on the Shore and The Windup Bird Chronicle are amazing. If you’re looking to go even weirder, try A Wild Sheep Chase.
Edit: please be aware that Norwegian Wood is not really all that atmospherically similar to his other works imo. Murakami normally writes very surreal and almost dreamlike stories, and Norwegian wood is his attempt at realism. There will be tonal similarities, and Murakami definitely has a singular voice, but there are some creative decisions that he makes in his other books that will feel very strange compared to NW.

Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage. Still my favourite one!
