While I'm stress-reading, I might as well read something that may actually help me mange my stress, or just better understand the effects of it. Was recently recommended a book by John Starno called Healing Back Pain that seems to discuss the relationship between the mind and the body. Just have to finish up the couple books I'm reading before I get into it.
