What is a good book for valuing being an emotional/sensitive person?
I’ve been feeling a lot of shame around being a sensitive/emotional person, even though people around me say it’s a good thing. Anyone have a good book rec in the vein of “in defense of being sensitive”?
Maybe not explicitly? But some books that have really touched me in this way were *Freak The Mighty*, which I read as a kid, and *The Onion Girl*, which is a really beautiful and tragically underrated book.
