I just thought about this the other day… I was thinking how interesting it would be to read a story with the devil as the main character but he just has a regular life? Then I thought, someone certainly must have already wrote that. Any genre would be cool I think!

This is a little like what you’re asking for: *Satan Loves You* by Grady Hendrix. Satan rules hell, but he’s more like an exasperated manager who’s burned out at his job. I’ve read almost all of Hendrix’s stuff & enjoyed it overall.
