Books centring around perversity / books dwelling on the abject / ecriture feminine – Elfriede Jelinek, Unicha Zurn and Clarice Lispector are my fave authors currently

I adore transgressive novels!! Especially when the body is portrayed as a site of horror or when boundaries are collapsed completely. Dark Spring by Unicha Zurn is one of my forever favourites!! I adore the Freudian aspect and well let’s just say due to personal issues I don’t mind incest (in literature!!!!!!!!) one bit. The Passion According to GH is another one I adore. I love perversity and grossness and just the utter disregard of morality! I love Julia Kristeva’s essay on abjection as well.. and I love horrible violent eroticism that should not at all be sexy but it is haha!!!!! Sorry if I sound like I’m trying to be edgy
