Basically what’s on the tin. I feel like a lot of book recommendations on the internet are very romance heavy. I’m not the biggest fan of romance. Not saying that it can’t be a subplot, but I personally don’t like it when it’s the main focus of the plot. Anyway, here’s a list of some of the things I’m looking for!
-I’m not the biggest fan of realistic fiction or high fantasy. It usually has to be a happy middle ground for me
-I like books with queer mcs just because I can relate to them better, but idm if they’re not!
-I’m a big fan of horror actually! But it doesn’t have to be horror!
-i am trying to read more authors of color, so if you have a great book by an author of color, that would be great!
-I’ve loved compound fracture and the spirit bares its teeth by Andrew Joseph white recently if anyone else has read them and has similar books!
