Looking for world-building heavy.

I am fascinated by the series with the most thought out land and world. For example, at the moment I am playing Warframe. And in this game, there are minerals, flora, fauna, cultures, beliefs, old ruins, and so on.

What would you suggest, bonus points if it is absolutely esoteric, that’re heavy on the world building as a living breathing ecology and therefore economy?
