The last 2 series that' I've read have been the Storm light archives by Brandon Sanderson and Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman and thus the title.
I just finished book 7 of DCC and the resolution to something that was set up in book 1 and then .ore in book 5. Having recently finished the SLA books I was expecting it to get dragged out and not have suck an easy resolution. With Brandon Sanderson as soon as you think a story's line is about to conclude you find out that that's just one end of an unraveling ball of bullshit yarn that interconnects a ton of other universes.
It was nice to get a quick and easy conclusion to something you had no idea how they would make it out of..
Sorry this post was very vague I'm not trying to spoil anything.

I mean… only half the series is written for SLA so idk how much resolution you’re expecting.
OP did you know that SLA book 5 was only the end of ARC 1 of a two ARC story and also the entire concept of his Cosmere are interconnected series that can stand alone but work better together.
Huh. Well considering SLA is only half over I might suggest you reserve judgement? Also, Sandersons stand alone novels and finished series all certianly have resolutions.
