Hey there, can anyone recommend a book that
either explores or just includes a dark, perhaps toxic romance? The genre doesn’t need to be romance by default—I love reading mystery, crime, fantasy, and historic fiction. I think the cold weather makes me want to curl up with hot tea and a gripping story. Having said that, the characters should be well-written.
In case this is helpful, two of my favourite books are the Name of the Wind and the Lies of Locke Lamora.
