I have often described my taste in books as "books about women who have something deeply wrong with them", with bonus points for the women being gay and/or trans. At the moment I am looking for some romance to read, though would ideally appreciate it be some genre of fantasy/sci-fi as well.
Books I have enjoyed in the past include all of Natalie Maher's work, Becky Chambers Wayfarers, and Jane Platinum's Born of Silicone.
Additionally, if anyone has tips on how to find books myself I would appreciate that. I have been looking for an easily searchable database of literature where I can simply apply tags like lesbian, or transfem protag, but I havent located anything like that yet.
