Hi everyone,
I’m "fairly new" to reading, and I haven’t read much from the authors I’m about to mention, but I know I really enjoy their style and the way they make me think. I’m talking about authors like Kant, Nietzsche, Kafka, Camus, Kierkegaard, Hesse, Cioran, Spinoza, Hegel, and Dante.
I’m looking for books that challenge your mind, make you reflect on life, existence, morality, freedom, or the human condition, not just light entertainment.
Please don’t worry about simplifying recommendations; I can handle dense or philosophical texts, I’m just starting out and want to dive in properly.
Any suggestions for books or authors in a similar vein would be amazing!
Thanks so much!
