I like fantasy and i like twisted humor. Both deserve to be brought together and so i’m asking for suggestions which just do that.

    1. If you’re looking for a fantasy that’s both fun and thought-provoking, ‘Discworld’ by Terry Pratchett, beginning with ‘The Color of Magic,’ is my recommendation. Pratchett’s satirical take on fantasy tropes, combined with his incisive social commentary, makes for a highly entertaining read.

    2. You must read Joe Abercrombies ‘First Law’ series. One of the main characters is a huge battle scared bipolar/possessed North Man with a talent for one liners and the other is a tortured torturer in the King’s inquisition whose inner dialogue will have you laughing out loud.

There’s three in the first law series, three in the age of madness series and three standalones which happen in between.
