About me I’m a pathetic person in their early 20s dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem and very bad luck in general.
I just can’t talk to people, i just get in over my head and convince myself that I’m better off without talking to anyone ever. Talking to girls is a whole level of extreme sport for me which I’m not willing to participate in.
Please suggest me a book that’ll help me in making small talk to people and build my confidence.
