What is a book that’s change your life in terms of how you deal with people at work/in business?

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. I read it over 20 years ago and forgot most of it except that people like to hear the sound of their own name, so use it and don’t argue with someone even if they’re wrong. Definitely helps with dealing with the public.
