So, as the title says, I'm in search of a good emotional intelligence books preferably from renowned professors or neuroscience guy. I'm (M24) that person who bottles up lot of emotions and talks nicely everytime which have really messed up my life. I mostly learn better from reading books rather than someone guiding me through.
I belive it's essential to let out feelings in a healthy way, through conversations, healthy criticism, creating boundaries and bit more of attacking personality than defense.
