My local library has a pretty large selection and I think it connects to some third party digital library systems. Either way, I don't want to buy any books, I just want something that's nice and easy to read, maybe witty. It can be romantic or a bit of a thriller as long as it isn't too dark, I'm not a gory, goth, Halloween type girl.

I love my local library and I’m a strong advocate for the public library system!
For witchy themes maybe try;
Wicked by Maguire
A Discovery of Witches (a light mystery & romance, some dark elements but no ‘scares’)
Practical Magic by Hoffman
The Magicians by Grossman
Practical Magic
The Very Secret Society Of Irregular Witches and A Witch’s Guide To Magical Innkeeping both by Sangu Mandanna are both good cozy witchy books.
Payback’s a Witch by Lana Harper. It’s the first in a series of five novels that all take place in the same town. I read the entire series courtesy of the Chicago Public Library, so hopefully your library system has it, too!
