pearl especially was absolutely fantastic and couldnt once put it down. i believe they actually wrote the books AFTER the movies, but they added a lot of new information and such and were absolutely amazing. whether youve read the books or watched the movies, anyone know books with similar vibes? with pearl i liked the horror, mystery, thriller elements but also liked how you could kinda see her decent into madness while also seeing where she was coming from while still being bonkers
