I’m trying to build a coffee table collection that’s a little different. What I want is nonsense. Those that are so hysterically poorly written that they’re basically gibberish. Books that nearly make you question your ability to read, similar to A Pickle for the Knowing Ones by Lord Timothy Dexter.
Here’s an excerpt from Pickle to give an idea of what I’m looking for:
“To mankind at Large the time is Com at Last the great day of Regoising what is that why I will tell you thous three kings is Rased Rased you meane should know Rased on the first Royal Arch in the world olmost”
I’ve googled to no avail. I’ve asked around in a couple subs and have received some great suggestions of silly and gag books but not the nonsense books I’m looking for. The Hodor autobiography is the only other book I have that comes close.
