Fantasy book recss

I need fantasy book recomendation. Anything similar to game of thrones or lord of the rings would be great. I don't have time to commit to long and unfinished series so a finished trilogy or duology would be ideal.

Also I am into mainstream content. So try not to recommend something too niche or something with very mixed ratings that only rare minded people will like. I am not rare nor minded
