Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. 5 books, all really long but good! Some people suggest reading the Mistborn series first but I went SA first and am now on book 3 of Mistborn Era 1.

Dark Tower is a long series that’s a lot of fun, but it depends on what you’re looking for. It’s not a straightforward hero’s journey, it jumps around more. (One of the books is basically completely a flashback of one character for example). Nevertheless, really good, a huge story that spans so much and drops so much lore
