In other words, books that have the same kind of vibes of many of my favorite mystery visual novels.
Think Ace Attorney, Danganronpa, Zero Escape, Raging Loop, Steins Gate, Somnium Files.
Heavier emphasis on the "How" and "What" over the "Who". Hell, doesn't even need to be a Murder Mystery. Can be conspiracies, or just a good ontological mystery and driving question. Doesn't need to be "Fair play", because I do enjoy the big reveal, I usually just go along for the ride while pondering the surface.
I tend to struggle to care about characters unless they're funny/weird. If the mystery itself is interesting enough (Or other aspects of the writing and world building), I will overlook the characters.
Just kinda want my brain tickled.
I have already read all of Stuart Turton's books.
