This time last year, I read Slewfoot by Brom. Might do it again this year.

The Fisherman by John Langan: its eldritch type horror that has real scary moments and absolutely beautiful writing and a great audiobook.
We used to Live Here by Marcus Kliewer: Its this psychological thriller type that is also very mysterious. You have to read the book because the book asks you to interact with it in ways you miss with the audiobook.
