Looking for good fantasy books. I’ve already read a lot. I’d be grateful for suggestions.

So I feel like I'm running out of good fantasy books to read. I prefer Dark of High fantasy, Science fantasy is fine too, and especially like long arcs going over several books. Assume I've read all the books in the series or set in the world if I mention one of the books. This is just a brain dump, I will add books as they are mentioned.
