Sci fi books that don’t have much violence?

I'm going through a tough time mentally, and I'm trying to find interesting books to listen to that don't contain gratuitous violence. I'm typically a horror fan who can watch most violence and disturbing content. But I'm trying to dial it back because it definitely hasn't been helping my mental state lately.

I'm asking for mostly sci fi bc that's my favorite overall genre. But if there's a fantasy book you're very eager to recommend that isn't violent, go ahead!

Some examples of sci fi/fantasy things I like that aren't heavy on violence (or that balance it well) are: Gravity Falls, the Stray video game, Welcome to Night Vale, and most Studio Ghibli movies.
