Just finished Jonathan Strange & Mr Norell

…..Loved it. I enjoy period dramas and fantasy, so it was right up my alley. Definitely made my top 10 books of all time!

What next?

Please help. I’ve read a lot of bangers in the past few years and it gets harder and harder to not get sort of depressed after finishing a book (that’s normal right?). I’ve sadly set a high bar, I think.

I like sci-fi, fantasy, historical fiction, period dramas, and the random autobiography but open to new territory! Nothing with SA, abuse, etc.
