    Whenever I face a simple conflict or arguments, my heart races, my voice breaks, and I feel like I might cry. I want to learn how to stay calm, clear, and assertive under pressure.

    Any book recommendations on emotional control, confidence, or communication during stressful situations would be amazing.

    Basically, I want to learn how to stay grounded and express myself clearly even when I’m triggered or upset.
