Hey guys,
I’m 27 and pretty new to reading, but I’ve been getting super into it lately. Stuff like Red Rising and Brandon Sanderson has me hooked. I’m really into fantasy and sci-fi, but I wouldn’t mind mixing in some good fiction here and there too.
I’d love to find a chill book club or group to join — something where people actually talk about the books but it’s not super serious or overwhelming. Online or local is fine, I just want to get more into it and chat with other readers who like the same kind of stuff.
Any recommendations?

Check with your local libraries and bookstores to see if they their own or know of any. Failing that, consider starting your own if you still want local. Otherwise, various online venues like StoryGraph support online discussions.
/r/ProgressionFantasy and /r/litrpg are fairly active subs. Read some of the genre and start posting.
